and they sent me a screenshot where it says it's for AM4 too , they told me that before , but i'm a bit obsessive and unsure so i don't know if it's compatible by itself or with the extra brackets they sell on places like amazon . Does any one know ?

on the user manual it only says AMD sockey nothing about an am4 or am3+

I just purchased an EX 120 which clearly says AM4 ready, however, Im curious if the backplate not tightening to the motherboard should concern me or will it all tighten once I install the rest of the brackets and screws and then the heatsink onto the bracket?
