My 6 yo video card is dying, can I replace it with this model?

GIGABYTE GA-Z68XP-UD3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68
Ivy Bridge i7-3770k
All running @ spec

Potential add on:
GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1060 GV-N1060D5-6GD

Solution
Just wanted to come back here and say it works fine. Be advised though, some folks told me (years ago) that I would need an Ivy Bridge CPU for PCIE 3, so that's what I got well before I tried this.

ofc it'll work, just make sure you have the correct display output & a strong enough psu with a 8pin pci-e power plug (what's your psu btw, this will help to clarify if the system is strong enough for it)

Thanks. I'll buy a new PS if I have to, but AIR I bought a pretty spiffy one. Currently running a factory OCed GTX 580 with an 8 pin *and* a 4 pin power plug.
