Also my GHz for my CPU seem to be stuck at 1.33 GHz. I try to playing Over-watch & Dark souls 3, my CPU utilization gos up to about 33% but speed say the same with a minor bump to 1.37 GHz and right back down to 1.33 GHz.
My Details tap in task manger said i using about 70% to 80% CPU when playing games.
