I have a kit of Kingston HyperX DDR3 1866 (8gb x 1). On their site they said that it was automatically ocd to 1866. Will it oc to 2133? What happens if the oc is too high? Will my computer boot to BIOS, or will I have to reset BIOS? I also have a fan blowing directly on top of my CPU and memory.

Specs:
Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 R2.0
CPU: AMD FX-8320e (Overclocking in few days, hope to achieve at least a 4.0 oc)
Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury (8gb x 1)
GPU: AMD Rx-470 OCd to 1340 Core clock, 1790 Mem clock
PSU: EVGA 700B
HDD: 1tb Seagate Black

Solution
That's what I had with my FX 6350, it would OC a bit over 1866MHz but not much and with price of instability. In addition, you will not get any visible performance improvement.
