This whole pc is completly imbalanced. You get one of the best availble cpu's and pair it with the second worst gpu available.

First of all what kind of GPU is that? Can u link it? Use this website https://pcpartpicker.com/list/
Get z270 motherboard for 7700k or else you wont be able to overclock it. If you are not going to overclock your computer anyway then better stick with non K CPU, like 7700.
But i would personally go for Ryzen or wait for Intel's new gen coffee lake to come out..
Also get SSD at least 120gb will make your life less painful.

Also the 7700 doesn't work on a h110 board without an bios update.

Whats your budget so that I can make you an actual good pc.

The new build still has the same problem. Whats your budget?
Even the i7's integrated gpu blows that gt 710 away and the Igpu of the i7 is barely able to play games.
You are spending all your money in the wrong places. Sure a good cpu is important but you can't game without a good gpu.

Definitely get rid of the GT 710. The only reason that card exists is for old office computers that need an upgrade to play YouTube videos. Its gaming ability is lower than a mid-grade card from 12 years ago.

If you're gaming, the bare minimum I'd recommend is a GTX 1050 Ti. A GTX 1060 would be better for higher detail settings. If that increases your budget too much, you can downgrade the processor to a Core i5-7000 series, which is still a perfectly capable CPU for gaming.
