Can't boot into bios stuck on bios loaded screen. Help!

Whenever I go to boot my computer it the bios screen shows up and even if I press the key to load into the bios it won't work. It goes straight to a screen that says press F11 for boot options, F2 or Delete for bios and F1 to continue. None of them work and nothing happens. what should I do?

Motherboard: Asrock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3

Make sure if using a USB keyboard, that you are connected to a native older USB header built into MB, vice one of the front panel connected headers..

If necessary, find of of the millions of PS2/USB adapters that most threw away the last 20 years, and use the PS2 mouse input path...
