Evga gtx 760 no video output after 10 seconds I install latest drivers

Hi, when I try to install drivers after deleting old ones with DDU, video card works fine for about 10 seconds, after that I just don't get any video output, even if I try the windows auto driver install option the same happens, 10 seconds after booting no video output, old video card (gtx 480) works perfectly, my specs are:
MB: sabertooth 990fx R2.0 with latest bios update
CPU: amd fx 8120 black edition
PSU: evga supernova 750W B
RAM: 8GB
HD: 750GB don't remember the brand
OS: Windows 10 64 bits

I also have Ubuntu on this pc and it works fine there, no crashes

Yes, haven't reinstalled Windows, I got this card like 3 years ago and tried a few times and it never worked, so I'm trying to get it to work now that I have some free time, but I remember that like a year ago y tried to install it on 3 different Windows all with fresh installations, and had the same problem on every Windows, I think I tried with W7, W8.1, W10.
