loud buzzing crashes while gaming and black screen while opening apps

Hello guys
i have been having this crash buzzing sound for a long time while gaming and usually on high usages almost everyday, i changed my PSU the problem was gone for a while and then its back and with another problem too. sometimes when i open anything the explorer or any app i get a black screen for seconds and then its all fine(it doesn't crash just kind of a lag.).

guys i feel the black screen thing means the RAM is having problems i just hope its the RAM what do you think?


my specs for now
MOBO: ASUS Viii HERO
RAM: 16 GB corsair vengeance
Graphics card: MSI 1070 pro gaming x

If anyone is having this same problem and searching
i found the solution myself
if you think you have a bad ram and you do allot of stress tests and memtests and with no results!
Just try overclocking your ram or just add some DRAM voltages something like +0.05
i did it and it worked so well i dont know maybe its when the ram gets a little old just stuff it with a little more volts and it will work like a charm..
that's if your problem is caused by the RAM! Good luck all.
