Trouble turning on my Asus CPU

I have tried everything but I don't know how to turn on my Asus CPU. I have tried pressing the button on the CPU for 30 seconds and tried to tap it 3 times but it didn't work.

Since you obviously are not technical, you should ask a knowledgeable friend for help or bring it to a shop. It may be the PSU, but it could also be something else like the motherboard. It most likely isn't caused by the CPU.
