It's just a marketplace. NextKeys is 100% legit, he has sold 150k keys and got 5/5 stars. He even sends you a scan of the certificate of authenticity. They are Russian and Chinese keys and Microsoft doesn't limit where in the world you can activate product keys.

Yes and the Windows licences sold in the market place are often stolen, bought with stolen credit cards or keys that we're not for resale. Microsoft may takes months/years or never at all to figure out you have an illegal key but if they do they deactivate it and give you no support.

Doesn't make the keys legit, just loads of people happy to buy dodgy licences. There are countless threads on here and on other forums of people having keys revoked and articles looking into where these keys come from.

My mate down the pub has loads of cheap electronics, everyone at the pub loves him. This is no different.

Disagree, all you need to look at is the price. If its too good to be true? How many people would come back and update their review 1,2,3 years later if their licence is revoked? No they usually end up on forums like this asking what to do and the advice is usually go buy it from a legitimate seller and notch it up to experience.
