Hey guys, i literally made an account just to get help with this. Ive tried everything, memtest, new drivers, plenty of other crap that i cant name right now.

It mainly only happens during gaming but sometime itll BSOD a little after i closed a game. Im using an AMD radeon R7 370 4gb on windows 10. It started when i got my pc back from my computer guy, around the last day of june. He put windows 10 on my computer that was running 7 without even asking. I started to get Memory managment bsod while playing games like Overwatch and Rise of the tomb raider, so last week i decided to crack it open and see what was wrong. (It was only reading that i had 6 ram) Turns out only half of one of the ram sticks was seated. I was thinking, could this have screwed up the stick? I pushed it down and started reading 8 gbs again yet the errors persisted. been troubleshooting all month. no luck. Do i just need new ram? Its to the point now where my pc crashes after roughly 20 minutes of game time.

Specs: https://gyazo.com/c0e5e3705aa34a4220aaa40dc3815aad
Most recent Dump (Which was a Kernal_data_inpage_error): https://www.dropbox.com/s/ppnes718x7k443r/MEMORY.DMP?dl=0
Most recent Minidump:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/1gtrcn62s0be4he/080517-24375-01.dmp?dl=0

Things ive done that i can remember: Messed with page file, memtest, sfc/scannow, that other cmd that i cant remember and raised voltage to cpu. I dabbled with Driver verifier but it kept crashing at startup so i went into Safe mode and turned it off.

Can anyone help me out?
If other Specs are needed just let me know.

I was talking about chkdsk, following the link now. Sorry for the delay.

<edit>
When i run "Long Generic" it goes for a few seconds then fails.

<edit2>
The crashes used to only happen during games but today ive crashed 3 times without even touching a game. One of these crashes was a "Driver_power_state_failure" first time ive seen that one. So its getting worse. Secondary note: I did try to play a game, crashed within 10 minutes.

Actually the computer got worse and worse and a few days ago it simply wouldn't boot, gave me a "critical process died" BSOD every time i tried, it booted in safemode fine but still... Im replacing the hard drive this weekend (hopefully) Ill keep you posted.

see if you can boot into BIOS and check the system date and time. just in case the battery backup on the motherboard died and the BIOS went to defaults. It changes the sata mode and can make the system not be able to read the drive.

the error code in the memory dump indicated that the drive could not be accessed. It could be a dead drive, disconnected power cable, disconnected data cable or dead battery backup on the motherboard.
(causes the mode of the drive controller to change from sata mode (ahci) to IDE mode)
a side effect will be the date and time will go back to defaults while you are in bios.

Hey man, thanks for all your help and patience but i decided "fuck it" and got a brand new SSD and HDD. I have the os on the SSD and everything is smooth sailing. Once again i appreciate your help, im a little sad that i couldnt get all my files back but maybe i can get a dock and see what i can salvage.
