Is there any improvements I should make to this of build?

Solution
Again, your linked rig is more than OK, but with some tweaking we have:

Looks like a well thought out build to me, there's nothing I'd suggest you SHOULD change.

Suggestions:

If you're using the Corsair fans as case fans I'd move to either their AF series or look to Phanteks, Noctua, Sythe or Noiseblocker for quieter alternatives.

If money's available, aim for a <>256Gb SSD, that way you can at least drop a few choice games (or applications or key data) onto it and spare the mechanical HDD some work and yourself some waiting time.

Again, if money's available, look at the GTX1080, it's a good deal faster than the GTX1070 and you can find good ones them for the £520 mark.

The above are just ideas, as I said before, you already have a very well sorted rig there. :)

If your not aiming to overclock the H5 is overkill. Get a lower price M9i that can handle the 7700k at stock and use the extra to get a good SSD.

Wprime only push it to 70c so games maybe will hit 60~65c at most.

As previously mentioned, AF fans and ~250GB SSD recommended. AMD is releasing RX Vega in 9 days, so I'd wait for that.
And, that cooler is absolute minimum for the i7 7700k, it runs hot af.

Thank you everyone for suggesting upgrades which I could do such as changing the fans to af series which my budget will allow but however a 250gb + ssd will go out of my budget and I will look in to the Rx vega cards and with the cooling I may have to research for better value as I picked this cooler to make sure the hot i7 7700k doesn't damage my system however I don't know if it's that nesscary cooling and if anybody wants to know how much this build is costing as I am ordering the parts of amazon and newegg it would cost £1250 so if anyone can build a better pic with that budget feel free to share.

Fair enough on the budget, I'll drop the GTX1080 idea.

Curious: Why are you restricting your suppliers so much?
Where do you live? In more than a few cases I'm sure other suppliers will be able to best the prices offered by Newegg/Amazon here in the UK.

Yep, that big i7 can run hot, but it's less of a beast at stock speeds, the M9 linked by Elbert will be plenty good enough, 70C isn't too hot under such a torture load as Wprime.

The reason I am being restrictive on suppliers is honestly just for reliability as I would like to order from the least amount of suppliers and the most reliable and I will most likely now look for a cheaper cooler such as the one Elbert mentioned thanks for the help.
