ok so i have a i5 7600k not overclocked and a freezer 11 lp with that it will idol around 50 but when i go into a game it can hit 80 and the fan get loud, the cooler i'm look at replace it with is the Phanteks PH-TC12LS I have a 75 mm height limit in my case, would this cooler give me some oc head room
