i need people who know how to use game maker studio. i am planning to create 2d version of game halo 2, but i am not good at creating sprites and all, can someone please help me.

First thing, you might want to get a lawyer, and then you might want to consider how your going to payback Microsoft for the $1M Trademark Infringement that will be taken out of ANY paycheck, tax rebate, etc. until the penalty is paid back.

No you can NOT create a "2D version of game Halo 2" or anything that " is substantially similar to the original, copyrightable expression in the plaintiff’s work. " Does it pass or fail the "ordinary observer test" - https://www.americanbar.org/groups/young_lawyers/publications/the_101_201_practice_series/part_2_elements_of_a_copyright.html

And don't say "I don't plan to sell it" because even if you GIVE it away your fiscally impacting AND violating the Microsoft's trademark.
