How do I see what is causing frame drops?

I just bought a Dell XPS 15 9650 - i5-7300HQ, GTX 1050, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD, 4K Touchscreen. I absolutely love it. The problem is, when I am playing Battlefield 4, I sometimes get frame dips. I can play on medium settings at 1080p and get 90+ FPS average. Sometimes I get frame dips down to 30 or 40 for a few seconds. Sometimes down to 50 for only a second. This happens only a couple times every match. I want to know if there is a software that tracks my hardware usage - SSD, CPU, GPU, RAM, VRAM - to see if there is any correlation with my frame drops. Maybe even track hardware usage of specific background programs to see if that is the issue? I understand you may recommend Task Manager or Resource Monitor but I want something that saves a graph of all my hardware usage and of my FPS to compare.
