Hello, my friend told me about BitCoin minning and told me that i could get money for just letting my pc on all the time, is that true? And how can i start with it? ( btw i have a Radeon RX460 OC Windforce 2gb and a AMD Athlon x2 250 )

Sure you weren't thinking etheruem mining? For that your set-up is fine as that crypto currency was designed to be AISC resistant (ie best done on a GPU like yours). For bitcoin mining AISC is the best way to go. Regardless unless electricity are very cheap and you don't mind burning up your video card (it will burn out faster mining, no question) it probably isn't worth it.
