when I run hdd senteniel, my 1tb seagate external hard drive reads 4% health but it already lives for 2 months already.
Is the cause of problem is the cable of it or what? Thank you for your answers.

Solution
Yes, bad cable or connection could be a cause of failing heath but that doesn't mean that it's actually bad. All cuts in connection or power are marked in SMART and too many are considered as bad thing. It would be best if you could take drive out of it's enclosure and connect directly to a desktop computer. Only than you can see real shape it's in. Check for bad or relocated sectors etc. That would tell you much more and more accurately.
