So I just got an SSD today and installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 on it. All went smoothly (including adjusting my mouse sensitivity, important for later), until I started noticing my mouse pointer was being really weird. It was not being accurate at all and if I really looked I could see it wobbling from side to side off the the intended line of travel. I originally thought this was just my brain being weird with the new mouse sensitivity but it's WAY more than that.
My specs are:
MSI 970 Gaming Motherboard
MSI Geforce GTX 750Ti
AMD FX-6300 @3.7-3.8 GHZ
The mouse I am using is an old Dell K251D Laser Mouse. I know its quite old but it works well and I doubt that its the issue
