Intel I7-7700K
EVGA SSC GTX 1050TI (I plan to upgrade it to an 1080TI in the future.)
Asrock Z270 Extreme4
Corsair Vengeance DDR4 2x8 GB 2666Mhz
CPU Fan Cooler Master TX3
HD Seagate 1TB 7200rpm
SSD 240GB Samsung 850 EVO
EVGA Psu 80 Plus Gold (Still need to see how much power it will use)

I plan to use this for game developing so i need plenty of memory and a good processor, what do you think of it?

Solution
the 1700X is for pushing the limits of overclocking. for ur uses, the 1700 is a better choice. not to mention that u can save up on the cooler.

I don't know which case i will use so if you have any recommendations, i am going for the white style build, i will go with an 650w like you said or a little bit higher just to be safe.

Here are my recommendations :

Budget choice : https://pcpartpicker.com/product/XPFXsY/deepcool-dukase-whv2-atx-mid-tower-case-dukase-whv2
My favourite case : https://pcpartpicker.com/product/Vpdqqs/nzxt-case-cas340ww1
RGB choice : https://pcpartpicker.com/product/FpVBD3/thermaltake-ca-1g9-00m6wn-00-atx-mid-tower-case-ca-1g9-00m6wn-00
More simple choice : https://pcpartpicker.com/product/cNGj4D/fractal-design-case-fdcadefr5wtw

* 650watt will be plenty , but if you want more expandibility go with 750+ , there isnt a high difference in prices anyway. ( EVGA G2 750w is around 20$ more expensive than the 650w i think)

Its a real fine build.
Since you're planning to upgrade it to 1080ti later its okay otherwise if anyone else who's not sure if they can afford to 1080ti later...better get an i5 skylake and a gtx1060..its more value for money...or you could even get a Ryzen cpu

Yeah i tought of buying a 1060, but i am sure i will be able to afford it, and right now anything will be better than my old gtx 570 that crashes when i do something gpu intensive.

A ryzen build would be preferable if you are planning to develop games :

And I would suggest the titan xp for the same reason. A perfect monitor to go with ur build https://pcpartpicker.com/product/YZn2FT/benq-monitor-gw2765ht

Hmm, i see the benefits of having more cores, but you see, i am an intel fan and i won't need that much processor power as i don't work much with the graphical part of the game, but i sure will consider switching to amd as it is the same price.

Game development tends to be cpu and gpu intensive in terms of cpu usage and gpu vram usage if you are gonna be modeling and compiling game engine and stuff. I don't know where you are working in that. I suggested the titan card since it got certified drivers for content creation softwares from Adobe and autodesk. The monitor too is a 10 bit 1.07 billion color display instead of the traditional 16million 8 bit display.

If you don't need that much gpu power, go for a Quadro p 1000 4gb one.

After doing some research on the ryzen 7 1700 i am definitely switching to it, so i will check what needs to be changed and post the new build here.
