Upgraded MoBo, CPU, RAM, Cooler. No longer getting video output after boot-up.

Old specs:
* ASUS Z97-A Motherboard
* i7-4790K
* G-Skill Sniper DDR3 16 GB (2x8)
* Corsair H100 Liquid Cooler
* EVGA 850W Gold PSU
* Five drives (two Samsung SSDs, three HDDs)
* GTX Titan X (Pascal)
* Acer Predator X34 Monitor

Upgrades:
* ASUS X299-E Motherboard
* Intel Core i7-7820x
* G-Skill Trident Z 32 GB (4x8)
* Corsair H100i V2 Cooler

After completing the above-mentioned upgrades, my system no longer displays video output upon start-up. No other settings configuration has changed. This occurs whether the video output is DisplayPort, HDMI or DVI.

Also, strangely, two of the DIMMs (out of four) of the newly installed RAM do not light up. The DIMMs connected to the two slots on the left side of the CPU are exhibiting the issue.

I have double-checked that my video card output is properly seated, as well as the power plugged into the card (8-pin + 6-pin).

I have tried booting the system in multiple set-up configurations:
* all four DIMMs seated (two not lighting up)
* only two DIMMs seated
* different monitors (with different video outputs) plugged into the graphics card
* without ANY HDDs or SSDs plugged into power or data.

I've also verified that all other powered peripherals (case fans, CPU cooler fans, RGB lighting on MoBo) were working properly. The only issue (apart from the RAM not lighting up) is the video output.

Thanks in advance for any help!

alas, rarely can one swap MB and CPU, and just expect to boot up an older WIndows install with completely different chipset drivers, etc...

Insert a Windows DVD/or USB (you can create one with MS Media Creation Tool)
Go thru options for a repair install...

You might be able to do a sysprep using the old MB/CPU combo just prior to shutting it down, which deletes assorted driver/chipset info to allow Windows to operate under new hardware....sometimes.

If you have no issues with 'must have' data on old drive and/orproduct activation codes, (MS frowns on new MB/CPU with OEM version of WIndows, for instance) ,install only the drive you intend to install the OS to, and ....

Delete partitons
quick format
reinstall...

I'm going to start on these steps. I figured a new install of Windows was probably going to have to happen.

One clarification: how am I directing the BIOS to look for the new install if I never get a display to show up? I'm getting constant "no signal" from every monitor I plug in, it never even gets to the BIOS screen. However, everything lights up and spins correctly.

UPDATE: Yeah, I can't even access the BIOS. Tried re-assembling the system without any extra peripherals attached (like HDDs, case lights, etc) and it still will not output a display.

It's gotta be driver mismatch with one of the old pieces of equipment (probably the graphics card). How would I verify if it is?

Re-assembled without any of the hard drives. Still no video output. It's so odd. Everything is lighting up (with the exception of the first two DIMMs on the left) but I get no output, even for the BIOS.
