Seagate expansion 2TB HDD not working

Here are the details,

HDD is not lighted up
HDD is spinning inside(vibrating)
HDD does not appear on file explorer
HDD does not appear on disk management
HDD appears on device manager
HDD appears on device and printers

Using a windows 10 laptop
Please help, have some important files on it

Try using a different cable, the data cable may have broke somehow.

No clicking as of now, sounds like normal running

Yes it does, i am starting to suspect it might be a virus, do you know any ways to scan the disk? I cant even seem to scan it.

You can try utilizing our free diagnostic tool SeaTools to check the drive. There are both Windows and DOS versions of the tool, if you can't get the drive to be seen in the Windows version but its seeing it in the BIOS, then at the least you should be able to see it in the DOS version of the tool.
