I have been getting low fps lately with my GTX 1050 ti FX 8350 build. I know the cpu is pretty bad, but it can still do the job. I have 8gb ram which i am soon upgrading to 16 and getting a ssd soon also. Will that fix the issue of 30-40 fps on my favorite game "Rust"?.

My build:
GTX 1050 ti 4GB EVGA
FX 8350 Unlocked 4.00ghz
Corsair Vengance 8 GB Blue
m5a99fx motherboard
h100i v2 cooler (Making a wierd noise) still cools off.

Pretty much it. I hope the 16gb and ssd upgrade will give me significantly improve my FPS.

Memory might as 16gb of memory is the recommended amount, the SSD won't do anything with FPS but should improve load times if you install the game on it. Beyond that you may have to decrease a few settings to improve FPS.

That's 100% a bottleneck.
