Is 10Mbp Internet Good Enough For Gaming on Xbox Live

Right now I live in Missouri and do not have enough money for expensive internet from places like Charter, Xfinity, etc. I saw that AT&T has 10mbps for $40. All I plan to use my internet for is to watch Netflix and Game on Xbox. Is this enough?

If you are the only user it will be fine. You will be able to easily watch 1080 movies, 4k not so much but the xbox likely does not support it. Gaming needs very little maybe 1mbit.
