Will a i5-3570 bottleneck a 1080?

Or rather, would the bottleneck be significant enough to become a problem. I know my CPU is pretty old by now, but I've been holding off upgrading it. Just wondering if it'll be a problem if I end up getting a 1080, and if I should hold off and get a new CPU instead.

I have an Asus P8Z77-V PRO motherboard. Do you have any suggestions on what CPU I could upgrade to to avoid these bottlenecking issues without having to replace the motherboard? Or is replacing it a necessity.
