Hello i was wondering if I can put two MSI GeForce GTX 1050 Gaming x 2G on my MSI Z270 TOMAHAWK.

The motherboard can run two of them perfectly and you can attach monitors to both. It's just nVidia does not allow you to combine their power to accelerate a game on a single monitor.

Besides the motherboard being incompatible with SLI, a gtx 1050 (not even a gtx 1060) does not support SLI. Even if it did the performance increase would be minimal on the few games that would support it. Better to get a more powerful gpu than two weaker ones.
