Should I continue OC?

Hey guys.
I got a 7600k and Z270 yesterday and since this morning I'm overclocking.
I found a stable one at 5.1GHz @1.35V and LLC4@1.36V AVX -4
The temps are very good at 5.1GHz in nonAVX tests. In small FFT(constant) or IBT(spikes) one core goes over 90*. If I test a more forgiving AVX ( AIDA, 1344 FFT size ) only that core spikes from time to time to over 80*, rest are good.
I can lower the AVX even more if the small FFT are a deal breaker, but I don't do anything that's using AVX and even if they do use it, it's not that intense.

Anyway, I tried going to 5.2GHz and went up to 1.4V, but I get BSOD when I start stress. I have in mind to delid the CPU, but what if the temps are not the issue?
I mean, I'm not quite happy with running 1.4+ 24/7.
Do you think it's worth delid-ing and push to 5.2?
Some day I might delid it only to get cooler temps in those AVX tests.

PS: is 5.1 @1.35 at least a silver? I'm never lucky at lotteries, was hoping maybe this one is good.

Arctic Liquid Freezer 240. But I'm using 2 Cougar Vortex push and 2 Arctic pull because the rad is at the front and I wanted all the fans in the front(3) to be the same. I've been thinking to taking the fans out and replace them with the stock ones and buy another Arctic to make it look good. The Arctic does push more than the Cougar, no doubt.
