I recently have not been getting the fps i want and should be getting with the recently brand new purchased EVGA SC GTX 1060 6GB. The card will be running at about 50-60 usage when playing a game like rust and the CPU will be at about 70-80 but not bottle-necking as it never hits 100 according to task manager>performance. In CS-GO the gpu is running at about 30-40% usage and the cpu about 40% or something. The problem is the fps is playable but i want to get more. i have tryed overclocking and nicehashminer on this card yet even when i turn them both off still the problem is the same. Although running my gpu on mining with nicehasminer the gpu jumps straight to 100%. I would try testing a game like gta 5 but whenever i go to play it, ti loads up social club and the spinning loading circle stop/freezes then the window closes/crashes. Please help i just bought this card and i dont want to have it not at its potential
