100w tpd cooler for a 125w cpu

Do you now have a cooler? If so, what is the problem?
AMD processors tend to run hotter than Intel and need very good cooling or they will slw down or shut off.

I would dismiss the first cooler, it is a downdraft type similar to stock coolers that are not very effective.
The second is better, it is a tower type but it also has a small ineffective 92mm fan.
Plus, it will spin up and get noisy under load.

Look for a tower type cooler with a 120mm or larger fan.

I do, a stock amd fan that in full load is noisy and also too high temperature, i will try to find a cooler with 120mm fan or wait for the second one to come available.

The second cooler you listed also has a noisy 92mm fan.
As a temporary measure, take your case covers off and see how much that helps.

i did, between 40-60 degrees. I found this one and i think it's ok for a moment. DeepCool GAMMAXX 200T 120 mm fan
