Gtx 1080 with i5 7600k or i7 7700k with gtx 1070 ? Note: cpu cooler is going to be corsair 100i v2

Solution
7700k and 1070, simply because the 1070 is enough for 1080p 144 Hz, and because the 7700k will perform better for high refresh rate. Also consider buying a Ryzen 5 1600 and a GTX 1080 - much better longevity for similar prices, and overclockable on cheaper motherboards as well. Ryzen won't do 144 FPS as well as the 7700k, but it will perform very close - the difference varies usually from 5-15 FPS. Ryzen is a much better deal, so you should definitely consider it.

Both will OC to about the same limits.
So the question becomes which is more important... Graphics power or many threads.

Graphics power is most important in fast action shooters.

Multiplayer games tend to like many threads.

strategy games, sims, and MMO types tend to be single threaded and like faster single thread cpu performance.

If you can foresee a future upgrade to a GTX1080ti, then I would pick the i7-7700K.
I really like the 7600K, but for the $100 difference, the 7700K will be better in the long run.

The 7700K is a 91w processor.
It does not need exotic cooling even with a good overclock so long as your case has decent intake airflow.
Noctua NH-U14s or NH-D15s will do the job, here are the noctua tdp specs:

Now lets get things clear here
İ dont want to upgrade my build for a long time... i know things about intel processors but ryzen i have no idea it feels like a whole other world anyway

Gtx 1070 with i7 7700k
Gtx 1080 with i5 7600k
Gtx 1080 with any recommended ryzen cpu
Now i will spend a huge amount of money for this build so i need the best choice i dont wanna be a fanboy i just want the best.. i will be playing 1080 p 144hz and record videos while playing streaming will be kinda hard with my internet but i will try i play fast paced games like CSGO,rust,pubg,h1z1 and i want the best performance for all these games do you think i will need the extra cores for games in the future with ryzen? İs intel trying to scam us with their 4 cores ? And we will throw the whole mobo and cpu in to the trash in 2 years cos the games will require more cores ? Help me please!!
