Super slow internet

Hi, my internet has suddently went super slow. Before all this my wifi used to be 6MBs and now its under 1Mb going 200-600KBs. Also i shared my phones internet at a friends house and had 9.2MBs download at Steam now my phone is only going 10-100KBs. Could my computer have some kind of virus or something. Please help me. Also my connection gets better at night for example wifi is 4-5MB. But during the day its super slow

The simple way to test and resolve issues is to reset your connection (power cycle it) then remove all connections (cell phones, laptops, computers, etc.) off the wifi, then test them one at a time individually ( meaning connect device 1 then test, disconnect it then test device 2 then test it, etc.)
After working for a two different ISP's the same technique is used and is an industry standard.

If after testing and it shows no improvement with your phone getting better throughput at a different location then the issue is your speed you are getting from Beam, perhaps there is a limit on bandwith such as a cap that would prevent streaming but still allow wifi calling and internet access for web pages to display.
