So today i have been planning to upgrade my pc , but someone told me that it would be better if i'd just buy a new one for more money because my motherboard is 4 years old already and therefore may be at risk to stop working in the following years.
What i want to know is , how true is this exactly? Is it likely to happen?
Here are my PC specs:
Motherboard: MSI MS 7816
CPU: I5 4440 @ 3.10GHz

Storage (hard drive): SAMSUNG HD754jj ATA Device (750 gb)
Power Supply: TM-500 PSAP-I3 (500W)
