Front panel UBS and AUDIO: how i connect those odd separated female headers on my mobo?

First i apologies about my english :q
Second i have an old case that have separated female headers in each wire
my motherboard is an ASUS p8h61-m lx3 v2.0 and the pictures below are from the manual
Audio connectors:

but the problem is the names on the cables, i don't know all the names and where they go on the mobo because the names on the mobo are completely different from the names on the cables, here some pictures from the cables:

Solution
I can help you with USB connectors but with audio connectors i'm unsure.

USB connectors connect as follows (wires -> MoBo):
VCC 1 -> USB+5V (next to USB_P5-)
1-D -> USB_P5-
1+D -> USB_P5+
1 GND -> GND (next to USB_P5+)

Same with 2nd set of USB wires:
VCC 2 -> USB+5V (next to USB_P6-)
2-D -> USB_P6-
2+D -> USB_P6+
2 GND -> GND (next to USB_P6+)

Don't connect the GND wire to the NC pin since that one stands for No Connect.
