Hello all. I decided to clean my computer and removed the cd drive as well as tidy up the cables. I also switched the SSD hard drive cables to make it less cluttered.

After cleaning the dust and re-applying the thermal paste the computer didn't start at first. Then it started fine, but final fantasy xiv lags so bad it's unplayable.

Do you have any ideas what could be amiss?
The temperatures are fine. Even better than before. I saw that some people said maybe the memory was not in place etc, didn't work for me unfortunately..
Any help is appreciated ^^

Windows 10 64 bit
Intel CPU Core i5 4690K
EVGA GTX 970 Superclocked 4GB

OMG I feel like SO dumb! When I was putting the computer back together after cleaning, I put the HDMI cable of the screen to the motherboard exit instead of directly on the GPU exit!
XD
I was surprised that a problem like that was even possible. Then I saw where I had put the HDMI cable..
Now everything plays fine, even better than before! Consider this thread solved ^^
Thanks anyway for reading
