Taking directly Video Out from Tablet's board, not hdmi out?

Is there a emulator cable for using tablet screen out with standart video out like VGA-HDMI-DVI? My z3735g tablet's screen cracked and I have a idle monitor. Can I use this monitor if tablet doesn't have a video output?

First off "z3735g" is an Intel Atom CPU model#, not a model of tablet. What brand and model of tablet do you have? If it has no video output at all, I'm betting it can't be used with just an external monitor.
