Im wanting to get some other views on this before i go and buy and new psu.
My pc has started randomly crashing recently. some times i get a blue screen (i cant remember what they all said) or it just freezes and i have to force shut down my pc or it just turns off like it has got no power. most times it turns back on after. sometimes when turning it back on the case fans come on but the cpu fan and gpu fans dont turn on.

A corrected hardware error has occurred.

Reported by component: Processor Core
Error Source: Corrected Machine Check
Error Type: Internal parity error
Processor APIC ID: 4

The details view of this entry contains further information.

sometimes i get this error when it has crashed. i searched it abit and it said that it means i have a hardware problem. i have used a different gpu to my normal one to make sure that it was not it.

That's not a PSU issue. Depending on the error message you get with the blue screens, it could be hard drive, RAM, or motherboard. I would lean towards motherboard or RAM.

2| Does the issue crop up when you're idling or when you tax the system? What sort of taxation does the system see? What do you mean a normal GPU?
