Until you at least get a post display, I'd disconnect all SATA power connections to any drives, etc., and, use your mouse /keyboard to native USB2.0 ports at the rear of mainboard, vice to any potential USB3 ports to front (this would not affect display, however)
Sure you have the the 4 pin CPU PWR connected from PSU to mainboard port? CPU FAN plugged into correct header?
