PC Tower Fell over, games are now laggy?

My little sister knocked my PC Tower on it's side last night. I opened the computer and saw no physical damage and re-seated the graphics card to be sure.

I started up a game that I regularly run at 150 fps with absolutely 0 lag, smooth as butter, and although the FPS counter in the corner stays stable as it always had, the game feels like it keeps dropping to below 60. I don't know why it's happening or what to do about it, and i haven't noticed any other problems as of yet. It might be worth noting that it seems the lag "spikes" get progressively worse and happen more often the longer the game stays running.

Solution
Hey, if it's not too late.
Try to open the pc up, remove all the "loose" parts, like RAM and GPU, NOT CPU. Then just socket them again.
I did the same thing once, removing and re-socketing fixed my issues!

Would you be able to pass on your full system's specs? List them like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

If your FPS counter doesn't indicate any changes in FPS before and after the tip over, then you're probably looking for a reason to scold your little sister ;) If you see the issue being found on all other titles, then there might be a reason for concern that something might've gotten loose. In retrospect, all connectors have a latch on them so they shouldn't disconnect unless or until an ant decided to unhook them(seriously).

If your boot times have changed, then you might want to power down the system and see if anything has come loose, for example a power connector tot eh SSD/HDD and if the data cable is intact.

CPU: AMD FX 6300 6 core 3500 Mhz
Motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. 970 PRO GAMING/AURA
Ram: 8 GB
SSD/HDD: 200G SSD
GPU: GTX 1050
PSU: Too lazy to open comp and check, but am 100% positive it is enough/sufficient
Chassis: Corsair (unsure of model/largely irrelevant)
OS: Windows 10

The build has functioned perfectly fine since day 1, and the fps lag/drop does appear to be happening across all more-intensive games. It appears as if my computer can no longer "handle" them as well, as if I downgraded my GPU or something, because if I (significantly) lower the graphics settings I can achieve a stable and smooth playback. However, this has never been necessary before and my comp was always able to run this same game for over 2k hours at the same stable FPS with 0 lag, until after this event.

Boot times haven't seemed to change, if they have the change is insignificant.

It also might be worth mentioning that the FPS counter is built-in through steam and I have been told it can prove quite unreliable.

Also just did more testing and it seems the frames do drop, to about 80 from 115 with nothing prompting the drop within 1 second or so, doesn't drop below 60 however.
