Black screen on boot

Hello, I have a pc with specs:
Intel core i7 4790
H80igt heat pump
Msi gaming 5 motherboard
Cx 600 corsair psu
Kingstone hyperx beast ram 2x8 2400 MHz
2x ssd
1x hdd
1x extra fun

My problem is that my pc don't boot when I have install kingstone ram always I get no response on monitor. When I change ram to corsair vengeance 2x4 gb 1600 MHz my pc works like charm ... any idea why I get this problem and how I can solve it ?

Thnx for your answer can you tell me 1 more thing ... how can I boot bios since I can't boot and I get only black screen all the time ? Also what's the best frequencies for that ram 1.65 v ?

At 1.65v the ram will run at their native 2400MHz. You can push beyond that though as it is a quality module. Have you ever updated the motherboards bios?

Yes I have update the bios ... but how I can access the bios since I don't have access on screen ? Any idea ?

Finally I make it boot I change xmp as you told me with 1 film after I add second sim again I got black screen ... when I remove second dim then all goes well and pc boots any idea why ?

Yes, the ram is bad. Return it if you can.

I send it for check and company told me memory works perfect so we cant change it ... what I can do to aprove that memory is faulty cause technician told me is psu related ...

I had the exact same problem with you, it was solved by returning the ram and getting a new one. Psu isn't at fault here. Did you contact Kingston directly? Try that if you havent.
