I recently made custom-built PC and I decided that I need UPS. I would like to have a UPS that can run Gaming PC and still work 3 minutes after power goes out. Any suggestions for these specifications?

NVDIA GeForce GTX 1060
650 watt Gold Power Sopply 650G3
Corsair H80I v2 cooler
Core i5 7th gen CPU
Corsair DDR4 8GB 2400MHz Vengeance RAM
1TN Internal Hard Drive
And last really bad samsung monitor. Could not find its model.

I would say that ~400w load capability on the UPS would be enough to cover your system.
Run time is dependent on the size of the battery in the UPS then on your system but most things that can handle that size load should manage 3 minutes with ease.

I have this UPS alpha 800 https://www.aegps.com/fileadmin/user_upload/MEDIA_PDFs_JPEGs/EES/Data___IT/Home___Office_UPS/Protect_alpha/FLY_Proctect_Alpha_EN.pdf
As I read, it has 450w type rating and it still can not help my computer survive when power goes off(It sometimes saves my computer when I do not play games). So did i wired up things incorrectly? And by the way do I need to connect my monitor straight to the UPS?

From what I can find on the battery for that on the net it is 7.5AH at 12v. That should be around 10 minutes on a battery that meets specs. This is just for the basic pc. This is just for the pc listed. Extra things like many fans & overclocking (esp overclocking) can greatly add to your power needs.

I know nothing about that UPS on whether it can meet specs to begin with.

Ideally you just want time to shutdown cleanly. Many UPS's have a USB port and software you install to do just that even if you are not present.
To maximize the time, you want to minimize the load on the battery so do not connect things that don't need to be run from battery to the battery backed-up outlets. Leave things like speakers, room lighting and fans, and even non-main monitors on the regular outlets.
