Hello, sorry I hope this is the right forum for this?

basically I am thinking of buying a cheap tablet PC, I am looking a two similar Lenovo tabs. One has slower CPU but double the RAM. Which do you think will perform better? Is 1gb ram enough?

Lenovo tab3, 1.3ghz cpu, 1gb RAM, cost £70

Lenovo tab3, 1.0ghz cpu, 2gb RAM, cost £80

any comments appreciated thanks!

You should rather go with 2 GB RAM, i have phone with 1 GB RAM and it isn't the best. The ram usage is between 500-600 MB when nothing is running, and I use Android 4.4.4 with disabled apps running in the background. Newer version of Android with enabled background apps will struggle with even running Facebook. As a bonus, the 2 gb tablet has much better cameras then 1 gb and better battery life.
