Can i Upgrade my GPU to a 1050TI

Hi so im new to pc building so im not sure if i can upgrade my gpu to a gtx 1050ti i ask about the 1050 but im not for sure about the ti version so im asking again. Also i want a gpu that can play Rainbow six seige and Rust at 1080p at medium setting or low

My GPU: Ati Radeon HD 5670

MotherBoard: M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3

CPU: AMD Phenom II x6 1090t

My power supply is 800w

and also i might get the 1050 im debating about it and also ive read that not all 1050 ti's need a external power supply

like they use the mobo for the power but u cant do alot of oc

looks like this. 6 pin on the left, 6+2 on the right. the +2 is optional if your card needs it. if it does not, then simply tuck it to the side and only use the 6pin part.

at 800w even a junk psu should have at least 1 6+2 connection. it may say "sli" on it but that is likely due to it having more than 1 6+2 connection. the second one would be for a second card if you have one. 2 cards are called sli, hence the reason it is labeled as "sli" it's just to make it sound better,.

ok wow thanks for the help like really i came from console like most people but i love pc gaming so i can use my sli for the connectors? sorry for the questions but this will be the last lol

Update: so i built my first PC (same parts as hold just i took it apart and built it) and it was really fun i bought the Zotac 1050ti its coming in on the 15th and ii did a good wiring job if i do say so myself lol the only wires u can see if the one going to the SSD and the HDD and the wires to power the mother board so i know much more about pc's then before and i wanted to thank you for answering my questions
