So, I'm looking to update my pc. These are my current specs:

Operating System
Windows 8.1 64-bit
CPU
Intel Core i7 4790 @ 3.60GHz
Haswell 22nm Technology
RAM
8,00GB Single-Channel DDR3 (11-11-11-28)
Motherboard
LENOVO SHARKBAY (SOCKET 0)
Graphics
K222HQL (1920x1080@60Hz)
2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 745 (MSI)
Storage
931GB Seagate ST1000DM003-1ER162 (SATA)
Optical Drives
HL-DT-ST DVD-RAM GHC0N

And I'm looking forward to buy this graphic card here:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Gigabyte-Nvidia-1060-GDDR5-PCI-E/dp/B01K7I7M00/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1502123197&sr=1-1&keywords=gtx+1060

Would that be possible with my current setup? Would I need to purchase something else?

Bonus Question: What are the differences between the Graphic Card linked above and this one below?
Why would I pick one instead of the other?

P.S. Sorry for the horrible formatting/English

Solution
That PSU has 2 x 16 amp +12V rails rated for a total of 270W capacity combined. That is too marginal to safely run a GTX 1060. It may work, but the PSU may not hold up, you may get shut downs or reboots. And performance may suffer as voltages drop.
Yes, a new PSU is highly recommended.

Whether or not you can use that card will be determined by 1) the capacity of your PSU's +12V rail and 2) by the case the card will have to fit into. Open your case and read the nameplate on the side of the PSU... or post a pic of it here.

I have opened my case and located the current PCI, there's enough space to fit the new card. The problem comes with the PSU. I am kind of positive that I have the +12V, but my concerns are about the Wattage. The new cards require 400W, and I've read on the PSU that my actual max is 280W. I'm guessing I'd need to change it. Could you confirm my worries?

Thanks in advance and sorry for the low quality pictures.
