Looking into upgrading pc, not sure what needs upgrading

Radeon(TM) RX 460 Graphics
AMD FX(tm)-4300 Quad-Core Processor
8.0 GB RAM
1TB Hard Drive
GA-78LMT-S2 Motherboard
350 PSU (I believe)
I would like to be able to play PUBG at 60fps or higher (I get 40-50 right now)
I would also like to record/maybe stream overwatch
New to pc related things, so the help is appreciated

Although weak, the graphics card is more recent and ok for now. But that AMD FX cpu is pretty old and obsolete by now. Both overwatch and pubg are cpu heavy and needs stronger chips to drive playable framerates. Switch to a more recent platform like ryzen or kabylake.
