Graphics card running slower than first run

I got a new graphics card not too long ago, as in a few weeks ago, and when i first installed it and was playing on it, i was playing games like counter strike at 300+ fps on max settings and resolution (1920x1080) then after about 4 days it dropped in fps drastically. It was running games like player's unknown battle grounds and battlefield 4 at above 200fps yet it never went below. All of a sudden im getting 50-150fps in counter strike, 20-70 in player's unkown, and 40-100 in battlefield. I've not changed any components whatsoever in my computer since i got this gpu and i'm not the smartest when it comes to these things. (gpu is nvidia gtx1050ti)

I am not, I considered that but the performance is always low now. even when i just start up a game and even after playing for a while. some days its really bad and some days its decent, but never how it was when i first got it. If you think it would help to do it then do you know any easy ways to monitor the temps and stuff?
