My CPU red light flashes for a split second and then the dram for about 5 seconds than stops. No display, mouse not working, keyboard not working.
I believe it's a defective cpu because I tried my other ram and still did the same and didnt boot.
I also don't think its the PSU because all the fans and hardware in the system seem to be running just fine. Also the new psu I bought has a missing metal conductor in one of the sqaure connectors.
So what's going on and is my cpu defective?
