Hello,
I've just got my hand on a GTX 750 TI and tried to switch it with my 9500 GT.
Problem is whenever I try to start the computer, I'm met with a blackscreen or a BSOD.
I'm pretty sure it's not a PSU problem because the PC run just fine with the 9500 GT (50W) and 3 HDD while the 750 (60W) fails to with 2 HDD.
The screen does show the BIOS.

I think there's issues with the drivers but I've no idea how to solve this problem.
Help would be appreciated, thank you.

Please list your specs like so being as specific as possible:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Did you make sure your motherboard BIOS is on the latest BIOS revision? Have you made sure you uninstalled the older Nvidia drivers using DDU, prior to removing the 9500GT and reinstalled the latest drivers off Nvidia?

It's highly possible that the PSU is failing at it's job and that the 750W badge/sticker on the PSU is simply for show.

Old computer is old.

I've actually got the GPU to get working (switch to legacy mode) and install the drivers.
But I had to remove one RAM stick else it would result in a BSoD when starting Windows.
I've checked the RAM (memtest) with no errors, swapped the RAM, switched the slots... Either one is working but when both are in, BSoD.
