Buying new case fans

Hello , I am an expert if it comes to buying cpu's and gpu's but my knowlege about fans is very low. I am willing to buy 2 more case fans for my build. I have a low budget for these in order to buy a new 6 core i5 in september. I want to spend not more than 10-15 usd. Anybody knows which fancy fan can go as exhaust with the best performance and also as a second fan It doesnt needs to be rgb. Only the exhaust fan needs to be rgb lightened. I am sorry, I do know that my link goes to Poland. The problem is that I couldn't find anything in english about my case. It is a Polish company that only do sell them in Poland and countries surrounding us. I want to spend 15 usd in total for the fans (it means for both of them). Also it doesn't metter where am I from. You don't know polish currency and I am asking for price point propositions. You can provide me with links to amazon. I don't mind. :)

You didnt mention what size are the fans you are needing. Anyway, you wont be able to find anything good for that price.. 2 fans for 15$..

I've got one more question. Do you think that 120mm fan is better than 140mm? Or it doesn't makes any difference. Also sp120, sp140, or thermaltake? Any cheap fan controler for a case? I want to adjust the speed also. :)
