Hello there, my build:

ASUS Sabertooth 990FX GEN3 R2.0
AMD FX8350
4X HyperX Fury 4GB
Asus Radeon RX480 8GB OC
2x Samsung 750 EVO 250GB
EVGA 600 80+ Bronze

It worked perfectly for past 6 months, but recently I'm experiencing pretty annoying problems. Each time the PC goes to sleep, or I'm trying to switch it on, the lights will light up, and fans get spinning, but it won't boot. The only solution is repeadetly resetting the PC or using the MemOK button and then exiting BIOS without saving the changes. The PC never switches itself off, nor are there any other problems with overheating etc. while it's on, I also checked the voltages under load in OCCT and they are in range, and not jumping. Anyway, I would suspect a faulty PSU or MOBO, I tried plugging everything out and in again component by component but it doesn't help, I sadly don't have another capable PSU to test it. Any ideas how to pinpoint or resolve the issue?

Try updating the BIOS and drivers from the manufacturers' website and check other reviews of your MOBO for recurring cases. If the problem persists, then its more than likely the PSU. I am having problems with a EVGA 750W Gold PSU as well with sudden freezing shortly after boot up...stick to Seasonic IMO.

Update: turns out it hasn't helped :( The PC usually only requires one restart to wake it up from sleep mode now, instead of several before, but still it doesn't wake without that, fans start spinning, GPU lights up, but without restarting the stand-by LED keeps flashing. Any ideas what to check next?
