I'm looking to finish my cheap PC build here are the parts i already have

current build:
650W psu
500 gb 850 evo SSD
1.5tb blue WD
GTX 970
Athlon x4 630 @ 2.8ghz
16gb ddr3

looking for advice on a CPU, MOBO and RAM (if needed). I somthing i can buy cheap xeon, i3, i5 or ???

Strictly used for gaming no streaming and also just 1080p

If your on a budget it is hard to ignore AMD. Intel processors perform a little better, but AMD has a better value. I would go ahead and get 16gb of RAM. It is becoming the recommended amount. Mixing RAM, even if it is the same model, does not always work. But if you go with Ryzen, get 3000mhz RAM or better.
