So I just completed a new build and am faced with this problem of infinite reboot. I have researched this problem and found this this thread: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/323617-31-build-powers-seconds-restarts

In the thread the poster mentions that his problem was that his ram was not compatible with his motherboard. Can someone please verify if my components are compatible with my motherboard?

Motherboard:https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-H110-D3A-rev-10#kf

CPU: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B015VPX05A/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

RAM: https://www.amazon.com/Kingston-HyperX-2133MHz-Non-ECC-HX421C14FB/dp/B00TY6A2Z4

If they are compatible, what other possible issues could be possible? thanks

Also I get no visuals on moniter plugged in.

Only have one ram stick. I will order another one and test it out. Should I order the exact same ram stick, aslong as it is ddr4, as I currently have or I could buy any other ram stick?

So I bought another ramstick, and its still the same problem. I guess that means its either the motherboard or the cpu that is the problem right?

If two or more pins on your mobo are bent and touching each other, then it can cause these reboots due to short-circuit. I would inspect the mobo first to make sure every pin is in place. Use a magnifying glass

Hi cheema113,
I'm having the same problem, with the same motherboard.
In these past months, did you find what was the problem / solution?

It`s due to faulty ram or cpu, in my case it was a faulty cpu.

Interesting...
On my part, I had 2 PSU: one for the motherboard, and one for the cards.
Since the one for the cards is very noisy, I hadn't plug it.
I tried with it while it was plugged... still the same problem.

The solution was simply to disconnect the GPUs from the motherboard, and the mother started running like a baby !
:wahoo:
